Note: We do not currently link your social media accounts to our website. When/if you choose to share one of our products, you're simply sharing it on your social media account(s), plain and simple. We do not have access to your social accounts whatsoever.

You don’t have to give us any of this personal information. However, you may not be able to buy from the site, and you are unlikely to receive our optimal overall customer experience. But that is your choice – and we respect that.

We anonymize and aggregate personal information (so that it does not identify you) and use it for purposes including testing our IT systems, research, data analysis, improving our site and app, and developing new products and services. We also share this information with third parties.

If you have said we can, we’ll send you marketing messages by your selected channel of communication to keep you aware of what we’re up to and to help you see and find our products.

You can stop receiving marketing messages from us at any time.

You can do this:

• By clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email
• By sending us a message at hello(at)teetweets(dot)com

Once you do this, we will update your profile to ensure that you don’t receive further marketing messages.

Please note that as Tee Tweets comprises a complex web of many inter-connecting services, it may take a few days for all our systems to be updated, so you might get messages from us while we process your request. It's usually done pretty quickly though.

Stopping marketing messages will not stop service communications (such as order updates or where you have expressed an interest in an activity at Tee Tweets, for example new designs that we publish or notifications for restocks).

Behavioral Advertising

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Seeing adverts for TeeTweets.com online

We also engage in online advertising, also to keep you aware of what we’re up to and to help you see and find our products.

Like many companies, we target Tee Tweets banners and ads to you when you are on other websites and apps. We do this using a variety of digital marketing networks and ad exchanges, and we use a range of advertising technologies like web beacons, pixels, ad tags, cookies, and mobile identifiers, as well as specific services offered by some sites and social networks, such as Facebook’s Custom Audience service.

The banners and ads you see will be based on information we hold about you, or your previous use of Tee Tweets (for example, your Tee Tweets search history, and the content you read on Tee Tweets) or on Tee Tweets banners or ads you have previously clicked on. 

Your information and countries outside Europe

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information above/below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.  Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Keeping your information

We’ll only hold on to your information for as long as you are a customer. If you haven’t logged onto our website for three years we will delete your information from our systems. If you no longer wish to be a customer, you can also contact our Customer Care team and request to delete all the information we have on you.

If reasonably necessary or required to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our Terms & Conditions, we may also keep hold of some of your information as required, even after you have closed your account or it is no longer needed to provide the services to you.

Your rights

You have a lot of rights relating to your personal information:

• The right to request the correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you (although you can probably do most of this through My Account
